- Full Transaction Hash (TXID) for deposit issues.
- Exact Order ID (e.g., #ORD-99281) for disputes.
- Screenshots uploaded to our internal image host.
- Vendor username if reporting a store issue.
Do Not Include
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
- Private keys or mnemonic seed phrases.
- Links to external clear-net websites.
- Duplicate tickets for the same issue.
